Maximising impact

With all our learning programmes, there is a particular set of pedagogic approaches designed to ensure impact in practice. Thus there is usually a management development section, followed by a period in which delegates will apply the principles into their own practice for organisation development purposes. This ensures that maximum benefit will result from each learning programme. This provides a unique way of learning which based on the experience of practice.
